HISTORY

General Facilities S.L. is a company specialized in complete technical maintenance, multi-services and turnkey projects.

Our 18-year experience in the sector back us, along with our long professional career. We have developed many projects for renown clients from different sectors.

When a project is born, GENERAL FACILITIES covers the whole process from the start-up: launching, designing, offering advice and complete solutions, legalization, setting in motion and subsequent maintenance.

Communication is through one single spokesman with a well-coordinated team behind. Our experimented staff works with the highest responsibility, rigour and criteria.

Our chief motivation is to form a working team and cooperate with our clients by offering them the best solutions.

Among many advantages of our work model we want to highlight our global professional structure. It enables us to have engineers with experience in all sectors. Thus, our outsourcing level is very low as we have our own professionals, and we can thus adjust prices per volume. We also have our own Engineering Department which offers plenty of advantages and a high added value to our customers, who prefer to have only one spokesman to monitor the projects and the correct maintenance of facilities.

Also, our structure allows us to build a closer link and a more flexible service to our clients. We don´t neglect technology knowledge, thus we always offer the best solutions in the market and high level services for your company.

GENERAL FACILITIES, S.L. has been a beneficiary of the European Regional Development Fund whose objective is to improve the use and quality of information and communication technologies and access to them and thanks to the implementation of the project "Development and implementation of the ticket system ". This action has taken place in the TICCámaras 2023 period. For this, it has had the support of the TICCámaras program of the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce.
